What areas do you cover?

We work exclusively in Wembley area, covering HA0, HA9 post codes.

Are your cleaning technicians insured?

Yes. All our cleaners have full insurance coverage.

Do you require customers to sign a minimum term contract?

No, there’s no minimum term contract. We provide you the possibility to choose the extend of our services. One-off or regular cleaning – the choice is yours.

Do you guarantee the quality of your services?

Yes. We will keep cleaning until you are 100% satisfied. In case you were not present and not satisfied with our work, you should call us ASAP and arrange a re-clean session, which is free of charge.

Do you require my presence during the cleaning session?

No. We can offer you a free key pick up – you can provide us with a set of keys, so that we can start the cleaning session immediately. No need to wait for us and re-do you daily schedule.

Can I get served by one cleaner on a regular basis?

Yes, of course. Should have chosen one of our cleaners, he or she could be appointed to you and clean whatever you need him to on a weekly or monthly basis.

Is there a minimum number of hours per cleaning session you take orders for?

The only service we’d require a minimum booking hours is our one off cleaning service, where you need to book us for at least 3 hours. All other services are free of such requirements.

I am moving out. Can I have the same cleaner at the new place?

We will endeavour not to change your cleaner if you are moving home. This, of course, depends on the area you are moving to.

Are you also available on Public and Bank holidays?

Yes, we are. Note, that cleaning visits set be carried out on Public or Bank holidays won’t cost any extra fees.
